This policy applies to all purchases made on this website Prime Software Digital. By placing an order, you agree to this Payment & Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express Via Paypal
  • PayPal
  • Klarna and other providers shown at checkout

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£). Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store full card details.


2. Digital Delivery

We supply digital software registration details only (no physical shipping). Delivery is made by email to the address provided at checkout, usually within a few minutes after successful payment. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see our email.


3. Refunds for Digital Products

Because our products are digital and available for immediate use, refunds are limited. In general, we cannot offer a refund if:

  • The product has been delivered and successfully activated or used.
  • You change your mind or ordered the wrong product.
  • Your device does not meet the system requirements shown on the product page.

We may offer a refund or replacement where:

  • The registration details provided cannot be activated despite following our instructions and after contacting support.
  • You received a different product than ordered and we cannot correct it.
  • A duplicate order was placed by mistake and only one product has been used.
